NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE
The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on July 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider Conditional Use for Kaolin Mining. The property is currently owned by Bloodworth HB Residual Trust Bank of America NA as Trustee for 9 Trusts U/W Ollie Bloodworth C/O Cushman and Wakefie and located at Hwy 57, Gordon, Ga 31031 (T075 019).
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located inside the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
