Sealed bids for construction of the Exit 24 – Sanitary Sewer System Extension will be
received until December 1st, 2026 at 1:30 PM at Twiggs County Courthouse, 425
Railroad Street, Jeffersonville, Georgia 31044, at which time and place they will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
Any bid received after said time and date will not be
considered by the Owner.
No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt
of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically may be provided in the
Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law.
