Invitations for Bid and Request for Proposals by Twiggs County Georgia
Twiggs County is accepting proposals to purchase 3 used 2015-2019 Ford F-150 4 door service trucks.
All bids must be received by December 22nd at 9 a.m. Late Proposals/Bids will not be considered. Bids/Proposals for the vehicles will be sealed and not opened until December 22nd at 9:30 a.m. at _Twiggs County Board of Commissioners Special Call Meeting at the Twiggs County Court House.
The terms and conditions for the Proposals/Bids, specifications for the Projects, and other Proposals/Bids documents are available from the Twiggs County Board of Commissioners Office at 425 N Railroad Street Jeffersonville, Ga. 31044.
As allowed by Georgia law, this Request for Proposal expressly provides that:
Offerors submitting proposals may be afforded an opportunity for discussion, negotiation, and revision of proposals. Discussions, negotiations, and revisions maybe permitted after submission of proposals and prior to award for the purpose of obtaining best and final offers. In accordance with the request for proposals, all responsible offerors found by Twiggs County to have submitted proposals reasonably susceptible of being selected for award shall be given an opportunity to participate in such discussions, negotiations, and revisions. During the process of discussion, negotiation, and revision, Twiggs County shall not disclose the contents of proposals to competing offerors, Twiggs County specifically.
Twiggs County reserves all of it rights under Georgia law as to the proposals that it receives pursuant to this Request, specifically including but not limited to, the right to waive any requirements and/or specifications included, to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any proposal that in its judgment best services the interest of the County and/or is deemed to be more suitable for its needs.
