The property is owned by HWB Properties LLC and is located at 3525 Ga Hwy 129, (T069 023), Jeffersonville, Ga 31044. It is 22.43 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agricultural (Ag) and requesting to be changed to General Commercial (GC) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
