Notice of Public Hearing for Conditional Use

The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on September 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the Application for Zoning Change from Agricultural to General Industrial submitted by Thomas & Hutton Engineering for a Data Center Campus to be located on the property described below.

The Zoning Application request is to zone 291.5 acres of a larger tract of property owned by Weyerhaeuser Forest Holdings LLC known as 7015 Adams Park Road (the “Property”) from its current zoning classification of Agricultural to General Industrial.

The subject property is generally bordered on its south, west and north (partially) by Adams Park Road and is Twiggs County Tax Assessor Parcel Number T 047 001.  A more detailed property description for the property is found at Deed Book 11I, pages 937-946, Superior Court of Twiggs County, Georgia.
