The property is owned by Quartez Durham located at 361 Maulk Thompson Rd (T103D 027) Jeffersonville, Ga 31044. It is 1.02 acres. The property is currently zoned as Single Family (R-1) and requesting it to be changed to Commercial (C-1) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Commissioners Chamber located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
