The Twiggs County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The property is owned by Weyerhaeuser NR Company, located at Hwy 129, Dry Branch, (T047-001), Ga 31020. It is 291.5 acres. The property is currently zoned as Agriculture (A) and is requesting it to be changed to General Industrial (GI) Zoning District.
The meeting will be conducted in the Twiggs County Courtroom located in the Courthouse, 425 Railroad Street North, Jeffersonville, Georgia. The public is invited to attend.
