PUBLIC NOTICE: TABULATIONS OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS
PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. § 21-2-386 (a) (3) (4), THIS IS TO NOTIFY THE CITIZENS OF TWIGGS COUNTY THAT THE TWIGGS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS WILL BEGIN TABULATION OF ABSENTEE BALLOTS CAST IN THE NOVEMBER 4, 2025 MUNICIPAL GENERAL/SPECIAL ELECTION- PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSIONER AT 6:30 P.M. ON NOVEMBER 4, 2025, AT THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS/BOC MEETING ROOM, TWIGGS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 425 RAILROAD ST, JEFFERSONVILLE, GEORGIA 31044.
The early tabulation of absentee ballots before the closing of the polls shall be a controlled process to maintain the secrecy of all ballots and to protect against the collection or disclosure of any balloting information before the close of the polls at 7:00 PM on Election Day.
