NOTICE:
Twiggs County has implemented a Tornado Warning Siren system.
The siren is located behind the Investigations Building in Jeffersonville.
The siren will be tested on the first Wednesday of every month at 10:00 a.m., starting July 1st, 2020.
The siren will alert for a duration of 10 seconds before being terminated during these tests. For future reference, the siren will only be activated in the case of an actual tornado warning threatening Twiggs County and will run for the duration of the warning.
